Our classes are designed to support students at every stage of their performing arts journey. We offer age-appropriate training in dance, acro, drama, and musical theatre, with programs that build confidence, creativity, and strong technical foundations in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Age Categories
Creative 3-4yrs • Pre 5-6yrs • Junior 7-9yrs • Intermediate 10-13yrs • Senior 14+yrs
Students are in age-appropriate classes to ensure a positive and successful learning experience. Occasionally students do move based on ability.
Creative
Designed for our youngest dancers, Creative classes encourage natural musical responses, introduce basic dance movement, and help build confidence through imaginative play. Classes are taught in a warm, caring environment by highly skilled instructors.

Pre
Pre-level classes focus on building strong foundations in technique while fostering creativity, confidence, and a love of dance. Students are introduced to multiple styles in a supportive and encouraging setting.

Junior
Junior classes build on foundational skills while introducing new techniques and styles. Students develop coordination, teamwork, and confidence as they grow as dancers and performers.

Intermediate
Intermediate dancers expand their technical skills and performance experience across a wider range of genres. Classes focus on versatility, musicality, and confidence both in class and on stage.

Senior
Senior classes support advanced skill development and performance opportunities, including competitive pathways for interested students. Dancers continue to grow in a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages both excellence and personal growth.

Creative Movement (ages 3–4)
Creative Movement encourages young children to explore music, rhythm, and basic dance movement in a playful and joyful environment. Students build confidence, coordination, and creativity through expressive movement and mime, guided by highly skilled instructors in a warm, nurturing space.

Creative Acro (ages 3–4)
Creative Acro blends imaginative movement with introductory acrobatic skills, helping children develop balance, strength, and coordination in a fun and safe way. Students explore simple floor-based skills and tumbling under the guidance of caring, experienced instructors.

Pre Ballet (ages 5–6)
Pre-Ballet introduces young dancers to the joy of ballet while developing foundational technique and expressive movement. Classes foster creativity, confidence, and a love of dance while preparing students for future ballet studies.

Pre Tap / Jazz (ages 5–6)
Pre-Tap and Pre-Jazz classes focus on rhythm, coordination, and musicality in an upbeat, encouraging environment. Students learn basic tap rhythms and jazz technique while building confidence and preparing for future dance training.

Pre Acro (ages 5–6)
Pre-Acro introduces foundational acrobatic skills through age-appropriate, dance-based exercises. Students develop strength, balance, and coordination while learning simple tricks in a safe and supportive setting.

Stretch & Strength (ages 6+)
Designed to support all dance styles, this class focuses on improving flexibility, core strength, balance, and overall body awareness. Students learn safe stretching techniques and conditioning exercises that help prevent injury and enhance performance. Ideal as a complement to any movement or dance training.

Ballet (ages 7+)
Ballet classes follow the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, offering a structured and professional approach suitable for both recreational and performance-focused students. Dancers develop technical skill, posture, and grace, with opportunities to participate in internationally recognized RAD examinations if desired.

RAD Training (ages 7+)
This class prepares students for Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) ballet examinations through structured, progressive training. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, alignment, musicality, and discipline while fostering confidence and a love of ballet. Suitable for students working toward or enrolled in RAD examinations.

Jazz (ages 7+)
Jazz classes follow the ADAPT syllabus and focus on proper technique, musicality, and dynamic movement. High-energy classes introduce new steps and combinations while building confidence, strength, and performance skills for both recreational and competitive dancers.

Tap (ages 7+)
Tap classes follow the ADAPT syllabus and focus on rhythm, musicality, and technical precision. Students explore Broadway and rhythm tap styles while developing coordination, confidence, and strong rhythmic skills. Optional examinations allow students to set goals and track progress.

Acro (ages 7+)
AcroDance blends dance with acrobatic skills such as handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, and tumbling. Students focus on strength, flexibility, and control while learning tricks safely through proper conditioning, technique, and professional spotting.

Hip Hop (ages 7+)
Hip Hop classes explore street-style dance performed to upbeat music, incorporating styles such as breaking, locking, and popping. Students build confidence, coordination, and creativity while learning to move with rhythm and style.

Bboy (ages 7+)
This high-energy class introduces students to the foundations of breaking, including footwork, freezes, power moves, and musicality. Dancers build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning how to freestyle and express themselves within hip-hop culture. Classes emphasize creativity, respect, and age-appropriate training in a supportive environment.

Musical Theatre (ages 7+)
Musical Theatre combines dance, acting, and singing to tell a story through performance. Students learn choreography, stage presence, and character development while exploring a variety of musical styles and productions.

Drama (ages 9+)
Drama classes help students develop essential performance skills including character creation, improvisation, scene work, and collaboration. Classes build confidence, creativity, and communication skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Vocals (ages 9+)
This class focuses on developing healthy vocal technique, confidence, and musicality in a supportive group setting. Students learn proper breathing, pitch control, tone production, and basic performance skills through age-appropriate exercises and repertoire. Emphasis is placed on vocal health, expression, and building confidence, making this class suitable for both beginner and developing singers.

Lyrical / Contemporary (ages 10+)
Lyrical and Contemporary classes blend ballet, jazz, and modern techniques to create expressive, story-driven movement. Students develop musicality, emotional expression, and performance skills while refining technique.

Stunting (ages 10+)
This class introduces students to the fundamentals of stunting and partner-based movement, with a strong emphasis on safety, technique, and teamwork. Students develop strength, balance, coordination, and trust while learning proper lifting, basing, and spotting skills in a structured and supportive environment. Instruction is progressive and age-appropriate, helping students build confidence while working collaboratively with others.

Aerials (ages 10+)
Students are introduced to aerial arts using both hoop (lyra) and silks in a safe, supervised setting. This class develops strength, flexibility, coordination, and spatial awareness while encouraging creativity and confidence. Instruction is progressive and age-appropriate, with a strong focus on safety and proper technique.

Pointe (by invitation, ages 12+)
Pointe classes are offered by invitation to dancers who have developed the necessary strength and technique. Following the RAD syllabus, students learn to perform pointe work safely while building advanced ballet skills, balance, and control.​
